ALBEMARLE — Tillery Charter Academy received its final approval from the State Board of Education on May 3. The school plans to open in August 2019 serving grades K-2 and will add an additional grade each year. Along with the approval announcement, Tillery Charter Academy announced the school will be located in Biscoe, N.C. at 204 Lambert Rd.
