Tiffany Smith, of Albemarle, was crowned Miss Central Carolina on Saturday evening in Thomasville. Smith was Miss Stanly County 2017. As Miss Central Carolina, Smith will compete in the Miss North Carolina pageant in Raleigh in June for a chance to go to Miss America in Atlantic City, N.J.
