Aliyah Rush just finished her senior season on the West Stanly softball team, where she was an outfielder.
The Colts went 19-10 and finished second in the Rocky River Conference. Rush led the team in hits, runs, stolen bases and triples while ranking second on the squad in batting average.
The season earned Rush a spot on the North Carolina Softball Coaches Association’s all-district team for District 6 at the 2A classification. She was also named to the NCSCA 2A all-state team.
