ALBEMARLE — Sen. Carl Ford (R-NC33) has won re-election to the State Senate.
Ford, a Republican, won his third term in the Senate beating Democratic challenger Tangela (Lucy Horne) Morgan.
Ford previously served three terms in the state house, representing the 76th district.
